Time to nominate the skin of the month for March. Pretty straight forward, just post the name of the skin, the author and a link to an image of the skin. I should also remind people that it is not just limited to Windows Live Messenger skins. You can nominate any skin that you feel is worthy of the award.

I should also point out that this month none of my skins will be included in the nomination round so do not bother to post it. Skins that were nominated last month can be nominated again.

Nominations will close as soon as there is what I believe to be enough nominations
