Just thought I would put up some guidelines into skin requesting so that people know how it works.
Anyway the request forum is where you guys can ask someone to create a skin that you want. In order to make it easy for everyone make sure you describe it really well what you want and if possible provide images as to how you want the skin to look.
Now for some things to remember:
Just because you post a request does not necessarily mean it will be made, it is a fact that about 95% of all requests do not become skins so please do not spam asking for your skin to get made. I rarely make requests as I am really busy with my own projects so please do not take this the wrong way. Chances are if your skin is to be made it will be by someone else and not me.
Secondly do not post asking for a skin that just puts one image you like into Windows Live Messenger. There are scripts for that and its better if you learn to skin as you can make it quicker.
Thirdly, do not pm skinners asking for their MSN/WLM addresses, the reason most skinners do not have these available publicly is because most like to keep their time on MSN private and just talk to friends and relax. Keep skin support and requests to the boards.
And of course the most important point of all: Do not ask for someone to mod a skin that does not belong to them and turn it into a new skin (or just add some thing you want different). These sort of requests will be deleted on sight.
