March's skin of the month went to Deep Blue by Volv. It was up against two other skins:

By the end of March Deep Blue was the clear winner. Deep Blue is very nice skin with clean graphics throughout. What makes Deep Blue a great skin is its approach to making the skin unique from the rest. The skin contains a variety of features that differ from the standard messenger layout.

A favorite amongst users is the ability to have status icons on top of display pictures in the contact list. This was the first skin to use this method of displaying a contacts status which is an awesome feat. For those looking for a clean skin, Deep Blue is one those skins that must be downloaded and tried.

I'm honoured to receive March 2008's 'Skin of the Month' for my first piece of skinning work and will definitely strive to participate and be an active member of the Design Evolved community Big Grin
