In all honesty, I think you're not the first. But, People have requested it, so it'll be popular anyway

That all depends on whether on not it gets released in a format people will use. Currently it's not using Messenger Plus's skinning system, so yeah. The idea may not be new, but this is just experiment anyway. I haven't seen any other skins like this, but I haven't looked.
