any idea when this chapter might be getting released? i know willz is a busy guy but to be fair tomorrow marks 7 whole months to the day that part 4 was released, parts 1 & 2 were both released december 07 and 3 & 4 in january 08 so it is rather surprising that 7 months since part 4 theres still no word on part 5.

like i said i know willz is a busy guy but if he could atleast give us a rough idea of when we might be able to expect to get our hands on it it would be greatly appreciated.
hehe... just one question admin. When I Download the skins, how do I set it as my msn skin?
You need to have Messenger Plus! Live installed. When you have Plus! installed, just sign in to Messenger, download the skin, and open the file.
Which version of Windows Live Messenger is this aimed at may I ask?

Messenger 8.5. But a lot of this knowledge can be used on Messenger 8.1 as well.
Okay, thank you for having the time to answer my query.
REAL NOOB HERE!
You know Willz where you said

"Ha got you. No we aren’t going to do that, what we are going to do is use the resource extractor within Messenger Plus!. Oh yes, Plus! has a handy resource extractor that takes out every single resource that Messenger has and put it into a neat folder for you. But wait, there’s more! Not only does this extractor take out Messengers resources, but it can also organise it into what is known as “Consolidated Windows. Consolidated Windows is a very useful way of having things as it organises resources into folders for each UIFILE."

I cant find the resource extractor thing. Can you help?
