i was told that there's a way to clean your computer from malicious files and you can perform that without using any program or anti-virus,and better with just a click.

Mrt is Microsoft's Malicius Removal Tool. It already runs automatically on every Windows XP and above when you enabled automatic updates (although /f does a more extended check than the automatic run). However, MRT is not a replacement for a virus scaner. MRT will only look for a very limited set of common threats, it will not scan for many thousands of viruses like a real scanner. Also mrt will not provide any kind of protection at all. you can only use it after you are already infected.
yeah i prefer ccleaner too
Yeah pals i'm ok that Ccleaner is great for that purpose,but i believe that the threat here is "cleaning your computer WITHOUT any program",you can make the most of your Os before seeking out of further help such as ccleaner or tunup utilities
well i don't know if that's what your looking for but maybe disk defragmenter could help you. you can find it in:
Start menu --> All programs --> Accessoires --> System Tools --> Disk Defragmenter
