They're not exactly hard to make. White text, duplicate text layer, reflect layer, apply layer mask with gradient to style reflection. Done

well this is just a note to say that desktop of the month judging will begin soon and a list of desktops to vote for will appear shortly after. So for those people wanting to compete remember to get those desktops in!
