Wii. Simply no competition. Unique. Simple.

Unique and simple
but the neighbors will think that you're stupid or something
By you i mean the ones playing it (not you)
The concept was cool, but i didnt like the finished product
A kid moving and jumping and doing crazy stuff, just plain stupid
My point of view

I voted on the Wii, mainly because I got one. But now the Wii Homebrew scene has made progress, and soon you will be able to run your own code on the Wii (through a modified saved game from Zelda). The games you could make would just be totally awsome! It would be really fun coding for the unique Wii-remote.
If I had two votes, I would vote my second one on the Xbox 360. I've been playing this console a lot with my friends, the graphics are really stunning (if you have an HDMI cable). It's been lots of fun.

I haven't even seen a PS3 in real life, well maybe in a store or something. It's also pretty cool you can run Linux on it, great addition. The only good thing would be the free multiplayer mode combined with great graphics. But it doesn't have close to as many good games as the Xbox 360 has. I'm not sure if blu-ray is necessary for a gaming console, you could just use dual-layered DVDs as the Xbox does (they can hold up to 8 GB), and everything would have been much cheaper.

Sony's online service isn't very good either. MS' might cost, but it's worth it. Hardly expensive either, £40 for an entire year or something.

Personally I enjoy using the PC for such things. The only problem there is that most games come out for the pc around a year later than on most consoles, and it's just not as much fun anymore. Take for example GTA:IV. It will be coming out this year on PS3 and Xbox 360, but there is no news about the pc. It's not even advertised to eventually be on there.
The pc is easy to upgrade (in most cases) and if you want you can have the games right on there, without the need for discs all the time. It's easier to start stuff, and you can easily connect to the internet without hassle. You can easily get controllers, joysticks, and etc for the pc just like any console. You can upgrade, tune, modify, and colourize your pc, and you can even stay in contact with everyone through messenger while you play.
I also agree with what Kiraa said about multi-tasking ;-)
