If the ps3 online network was as big as the xbox live network Sony would start charging for it I bet

For sure they would because it'll be costing them money in the long run.

I'm a huge Nintendo fan, although I don't own a Wii, the controller put me off to be honest, Ill get a Wii when a new Zelda is released . The PS3 does it for me atm, GTA 4 is going to be great, I'll just disappear for months like i did when San Andreas was released.

Shame you won't be getting the extra Downloadable Content like us 360 owners

That dont really bother me at all, I enjoyed GTA on the PS and PS2 without no extra content.

wii is the biggest load of rubbish on the market! the games are rubbish, especially all the good ones like COD, unless u like little kiddies games like mario and zelda then its rubbish anyway

the PS3 is overpriced, the online is rubbish

X360, although it has its faults what with the red rings of death, is AWESOME!!! online is great, all the games are good, graphic quality is awesome!

PC is good also, well, since they started releasing all the good games for it anyway

PS3 is for people with more money than sense

X360 is god

Considering the Blu-ray player, CPU and GPU in it it is ridiculously underpriced
And for the games you should really check out some of the titles. GT5 prologue for example, beats any other racing simulation by miles, no doubt about that even if you haven't played it yet. And there is the free online MP on any game as well... (Look at titles like warhawk, no other console online shooter matches its gameplay)

I'm kind of offended by this statement.
I did hardware tests on all 3 consoles before deciding and with tests i mean 6 hours of gaming on each one and some hours testing the other capabilities. I wouldn't say i have more money than sense..

I'm never saying a 360 is crap, i like it as well, but i compared gameplay, gfx etc of Assassins Creed last month, which means i finished the game completely on my PS3 and did the same on my friends 360 (same for some other titles) and my friend also agrees that i picked the best out of the 2 (We actually buy diff consoles so we can share them).

Ow and the PC is still the best gaming machine, it's just that consoles are more economical.

Let's just see about that In case you haven't realised xbox live has always been a paid service, Sony decided to work with a user based server system, basically they hardly pay anything for their online network. Look at playstation home, it's going to be free of charge as well and is a really huge cost but sony is confident that the payed content they supply can cover their costs. The online services can't be compared cuz they are based of a diff model. User Servers VS Paid Dedicated Servers. (And developers of games also have dedicated PS3's acting as servers for their games which again costs sony nothing)

Lol, Zelda is not a 'little kiddies game' far from it. I guess you have not played Metroid 3 either.

I don't own a Wii personally but I hate when people say it's a kiddies console. It's owning the market at the moment with the Wii and DS so fun over graphics and power i guess
